Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse. 

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.

Refunds for purchases made with a gift card are credited back to the original gift card and cannot be transferred to a credit card.

Certain high-value or flagged returns may require additional review before a refund is issued. If a return is marked as delivered but has not yet been physically received by our warehouse, refund processing may be delayed while we investigate.
