We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have their original NAADAM tags attached.

All returns are inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in clean, wearable condition. Returns received with strong odors, excessive pet or human hair, or other signs of wear may be refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds are subject to a $12.75 return fee, unless Return + Shipping Protection was added at checkout. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are exempt from this fee. Exchanges and returns for store credit are always free.
