Shipping + Return Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides:

• Free returns
• Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your shipment is affected, you can submit a claim through the NAADAM Shield Center. Once submitted, claims are reviewed by our protection partner and are approved or denied based on the terms of the coverage. If approved, you'll be eligible for a replacement or refund.
