How do I join NAADAM Rewards?
Joining is free and open to everyone! Simply create a NAADAM account with your email address and enroll in NAADAM Rewards to begin earning points.

When will I receive my birthday reward?
Your birthday reward will be added to your NAADAM Customer Account one week before your birthday. If you add your birthday within 30 days of your birthday, your reward will be issued 30 days after the date it was submitted.
I forgot to use my reward at checkout. Can it be applied afterward?
No. Rewards cannot be applied to completed orders or issued retroactively. Be sure to sign in and apply your reward before completing your purchase.
When will I receive my referral reward?
Referral rewards are typically added to your account within 7 business days after your friend's qualifying purchase.
What happens if my friend returns or cancels their order?
If your friend's qualifying purchase is returned or canceled, the referral reward will not be issued or may be removed from your account.
Why didn't I receive my points or referral reward?
Your points or referral reward may still be processing, your order may not have been fulfilled yet, the purchase may not have met the program requirements, or the referral may not have qualified. If you believe you've met all eligibility requirements

Rewards become available once you've earned 500 points. Points can be redeemed in 500 point increments directly at checkout, with no minimum purchase required. Simply sign in to your account to view and apply your available rewards.
