Washing CashmereUpdated 4 months ago
Cashmere is naturally moisture-wicking and antimicrobial, so it doesn't need to be washed after every wear. Washing it every few wears, or whenever it truly needs it, is enough. The less you wash your cashmere, the longer it will last. Between wears, give it a day to rest so the fibers can recover and return to their natural shape.
There's no need to dry clean your cashmere. We recommend hand washing it in cool water using a gentle detergent. Once washed, gently press out excess water without wringing or twisting the fabric. Reshape the garment while it's still damp, then lay it flat to dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Hanging cashmere while it's wet can stretch the fibers and cause it to lose its shape.
